Built by a dietitian and named after warriors. Founder Padraic Óg Horan is a registered dietitian with a BSc in Human Nutrition and an MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Limerick, whose interest in nutrition began with sport. In practice he kept meeting people who felt run-down and just not themselves, and, drawing on his own experience of recovery, he set out to build a brand grounded in the science, without hype, big promises or cheap fillers.

The name echoes the Fianna, the legendary Irish warriors known for strength and endurance, who fought hard and came home to heal: resilience, restored.

Its flagship product, Nattokinase+, is formulated the way a dietitian would: real ingredients at real doses, chosen for how they work together. It combines nattokinase, bromelain and black seed extract with curcumin, paired with piperine, which is well known for enhancing its bioavailability, plus vitamin C and zinc, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
