An Irish supplement brand founded by Laura Hogan, a community pharmacist of more than 16 years.

Laura created Ocara from her conversations with customers across the pharmacy counter, and its flagship product, Soothe, is formulated and made entirely in Ireland and suitable for children aged 6+.

Soothe combines saffron, L-theanine and lion's mane with vitamins B6 and B12, which contribute to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
